Fixura has new Swedish owners  –  Vaasa will be the head office for SaveLend Group’s Finnish operations

We are sending this letter to you to inform you as a customer to Fixura that on October 1 we were acquired by the Swedish company SaveLend Group. SaveLend Group just like us has a platform that unites investors with companies and individuals in need of financing. They have been active since 2014, were listed on Nasdaq First North on 9 June this year and during these years have built up a stable business that today enables investments in several types of credit, which have generated a stable return of around 10% each year.

For us at Fixura. this was the absolute best solution and the acquisition creates completely new conditions for us to not only return to normal after the interest rate cap legislation change but also expand. Both SaveLends and Fixura’s highest priority has always been to launch products with high returns including high-quality risk management.

The synergies between the companies are many and for you as a customer this only means benefits. You will now be offered all the investment options available on both SaveLends and Fixura’s platform. This means an opportunity to invest in consumer loans, corporate loans, real estate loans. NPL portfolios and invoice purchases. In this way. we can now offer you an even more diversified investment portfolio than before!

There will be no changes to your existing investor contracts, terms or agreements, but we will in turn invest in our platforms to ensure Defter functionality.

In practical terms SaveLend’s brand will eventually be applied to the investment business, but Fixura will remain on the loan side. Our common goal is that it will only get even better for you as a customer!
